Relation Lighting Agency is thrilled to announce the addition of Jeffrey Yukelson to its team as Regional Sales Manager & Technical Specialist. Jeffrey brings a wealth of production experience, comprehensive lighting design and application expertise, and exceptional technical specification knowledge to RLA.
Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Jeffrey began working in the entertainment industry at a young age, gaining hands-on experience in theater, nightclubs, concerts, and television productions, including the prestigious Grammy Awards and Academy Awards. In 2009, he helped open the convention department at the iconic Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, where he was involved in all aspects of show production while specializing in lighting. After leaving Aria in 2015 to pursue his passion for the lighting industry, Jeffrey co-founded Show & Design Group (SDG), where he remained until 2024 before joining the RLA team.
In his new role, Jeffrey will leverage his deep technical expertise and industry insights to support RLA's efforts and ensure exceptional lighting and production solutions for clients across the region. His extensive knowledge of Elation Lighting products, known for their innovative and award-winning designs, will be a significant asset in providing the correct equipment for any project.
Being a former owner of a production and design company has given him unrivaled industry insight into the needs of any project, from workforce management and operational logistics to equipment and set preparation. Equipped with the knowledge of how things are done right, Jeffrey will bring insight to support ChainMaster, an industry-leading hoist manufacturer, to ensure the job is done right.
Additionally, Jeffrey has a deep and wide-ranging expertise in programming on all major lighting control consoles. Specifically, his extensive proficiency with Obsidian Control Systems like the NX1 and NX4, utilizing the powerful and intuitive ONYX platform, enables RLA to provide tailored lighting and production solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients, whether for theatrical productions, concerts, or corporate events.
By combining his technical knowledge of Elation Lighting's cutting-edge fixtures, ChainMaster's full range of best-in-class hoists, and Obsidian Control Systems' advanced control platforms, Jeffrey will play a crucial role in enhancing RLA's service offerings.
