We are seeking a 'Regional Sales Manager' for the Las Vegas area to keep up with RLA's continued growth as we partner with complimentary, select manufacturers
in service of the lighting and production industries.
This role requires an experiential understanding of the production/entertainment industry, and the ability to 'hands-on' demo products and communicate with leading stakeholders in the Clark County market.
Success in this position is measured by the amount of new business generated in addition to maintaining our existing client and dealer base. This strategic position is key to organic growth in the territory and is an integral and important position for RLA and the exceptional brands we represent.
Responsibilities
Competently operate a lighting console enough to quickly and professionally conduct in-person demos of new and legacy products. Maintain a working knowledge of our active lines, and product offerings as well as our competition.
Become integral to our client's business plans and spending cycles to strategically capitalize on opportunities to position RLA brands as the "go-to" solution.
Maintain regular and consistent communication with all active and potential dealers and customers. This position requires an "active" as opposed to a "reactive” approach to sales & service.
The goal is to GROW the incredibly fertile Las Vegas market, working closely with the support of our RLA Team already in place.
Qualifications
